Last night we had another Butt party, the scribble party. This involved much less creative effort in terms of the costume. All you needed was a white shirt, ie all you needed was someone (Jes) to go and buy you a white shirt. The goal of the party is pretty self explanatory. Everyone comes down to the party with markers and writes on each others shirts until their hearts' content. The more people drank, the more creative they got. Jason and I, being generous and thoughtful people took it upon ourselves to include some people who didn't come by writing on their doors (Saras and Maha). i can only really make two complaints about the party. Firstly one could feel very powerless when there were three people drawing on them at the same time. Secondly almost everyone used highlighter or whiteboard markers, but one person (cough cough Jes) decided that she would use permanent marker on everyone. Now this is fine, except she then decided to her favorite canvas was my face. Flowers and rainbows on are not the most intimidating thing during a rugby game. I would go as far as to say they act as targets. thanks jes. Zander also enjoyed drawing on my face, adding anime eyes to my eye lids
Lets see, some of the highlights from my shirt: lots of comments on america. Dylans was the most clever (strong word) with AUS>USA. Birdy went with a Green Day reference, crossed out flags etc etc. I think someone who was jealous that I update my blog more than once a year wrote "I'm Toby and I have a blog. Cool Story Bro" (thanks Lexie). Someone wrote "I want a hug" which is always true, but surprising they knew that. kim wrote blah blah blah i'm toby, so kind of her. Branchy was kind enough to post a warning about dolphins on my sleeve. Essentially there was no room left to write on anyone's shirts by the end of the night. it was good fun and mostly harmless (except ziggy)
Big announcement: the total views of this blog from Australia has finally overtaken the total views from America
