As the Adventure Ends a new one begins

So in ten hours orientation starts and I will once again be enrolled in a higher education facility. A little nerve racking now that I think of it, but somehow I'll have to get through it. Hopefully it will be fun and great and such, but we shall see. I do have one story to share from yesterday. I wrote the post and headed back to the room I was staying in. On the way I saw a wombat, and then as I reached my room I saw a possum. The door was locked. I went back and talked to the possum for a minute or two, then headed back to the room. Still locked (my dad was supposed to be there, but i guess he got lost). Then i started heading back to where the internet and bathrooms were and i saw two little heads on the path. they were two more possums, a mother and a young one. so i sat down on the path and they walked over. they started trying to chew my flipflop and even my toe, so i slipped it off and started petting them. it was awesome. some of you may be thinking a possum? ill! But there are two types of possums: american possums
Gross and Creepy
and australian possums:
adorable
My dad eventually showed up. we went looking for animals and saw more possums and a paddymellon (look it up and try to spell it better, they're really cute too). And we later saw a screech owl (he loves owls btw).
So then we drove back down to Launceston to drop him off at the airport. Tomorrow he travel to hobart and I go to Orientation. Things might get less exciting meaning posts may slaken off, but i'm sure I can come up with ridiculous things to tell you, i'm in australia!
